Flavours

Our cakes are made with free range eggs, premium Belgian chocolate and filled with silky smooth Swiss Meringue Buttercream or Belgian chocolate ganache

Fondant cakes will be encased with either a white or dark chocolate ganache which give them their clean edges and a flawless finish.

On our menu you'll find classic flavour combinations that have been thoroughly tried and tested but we're happy to discuss any special flavour requests!

*We are unable to offer dairy free, sugar free, vegan or eggless cakes.*

We can makes cakes using gluten-free flour however they are not guaranteed to be gluten-free due to gluten being present in the kitchen.

We are also unable to cater for people with any severe allergies as there are allergens present in the kitchen at all times including gluten, nuts, dairy, soya and eggs.

VANILLA

Soft vanilla sponge layers with a tart raspberry preserve and vanilla buttercream.

CLASSIC CHOCOLATE

Our favourite buttermilk chocolate sponge sandwiched with chocolate buttercream.

DECADENT CHOCOLATE

A seriously sumptuous cake for chocolate lovers.

Rich chocolate sponge layers with a decadent dark chocolate ganache filling.

MARBLE

Fluffy vanilla and chocolate swirled sponge filled with vanilla buttercream.

COOKIES & CREAM

Vanilla sponge with crushed cookies filled with crushed cookie buttercream.

RED VELVET

Deep red sponge with a hint of cocoa layered with a tangy cream cheese buttercream.

LEMON

Zingy lemon sponge layers with a refreshing lemon curd and lemon buttercream filling.

BLACK CHERRY

Our classic chocolate sponge studded with cherry pieces and layered with chocolate cherry buttercream.

CARROT & WALNUT

A traditional spiced carrot cake sponge with chopped walnuts, filled with a zesty cream cheese frosting.

COFFEE & WALNUT

Coffee sponge layers with chopped walnuts and filled with real coffee buttercream.
