Flavours

 Our 5" tall standard height cakes are made with four layers of tempting sponge sandwiched with a light and silky Swiss meringue buttercream. Each sponge is baked using free range eggs and premium Belgian chocolate is used in our chocolate flavours. Fondant cakes will be encased with either a white or dark chocolate ganache which give them clean edges and a flawless finish.

On our menu you'll find classic flavour combinations that have been thoroughly tried and tested for deliciousness, although we're happy to discuss any special flavour requests!

We are however, unable to cater for people with severe allergies as there are allergens present in the kitchen.

VANILLA

A classic. Fluffy vanilla sponge layers with a tart raspberry preserve and vanilla buttercream.

CHOCOLATE

Good old-fashioned chocolate sponge layers sandwiched with chocolate buttercream.

DECADENT CHOCOLATE*

A seriously sumptuous cake for chocolate-lovers. Rich chocolate sponge layers with a decadent chocolate ganache filling.

MARBLE

A visual treat. Vanilla and chocolate swirled sponge filled with vanilla buttercream.

RED VELVET

Most popular. Deep red sponge with a hint of cocoa layered with a tangy cream cheese buttercream.

LEMON

Zingy lemon sponge layers with a refreshing lemon curd and lemon buttercream filling.

BLACK CHERRY

Our chocolate sponge studded with cherry pieces, layered with cherry preserve and chocolate buttercream.

CARROT CAKE*

A traditional spiced carrot cake sponge filled with a zesty orange-flavoured cream cheese frosting.

COFFEE & WALNUT*

A caffeine dream. Coffee and walnut sponge layers complemented with a coffee buttercream.
