Perhaps you know what you want or aren't sure where to begin. Holly Dolly Cakes can guide you through process, make design suggestions and offer expert advice on aspects of stability, storage and transportation.

Design concept
Holly will discuss your design ideas with you in terms of size, proportions, themes, colours and give you an estimate or in some cases, an exact quotation.

Book your order
If you're happy with the price range, we will take a £50 booking fee to secure your date. It is recommended to do this as soon as possible because until then, the date will still be open to other enquiries.
Our booking fee is £50 and we accept bank transfers and card payments (an invoice will be sent for this).
For bookings made 2 weeks or less before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Once we have received payment, you will receive an order confirmation with all the details of your order.

Finalising the design
You will discuss with Holly all the finer details of your order, tweak the design, decide on flavour, discuss delivery or collection and make sure that you're absolutely happy with the design and price.

Final Payment
The final payment will be due by the date shown on your order confirmation, usually 1 week before the delivery or collection day.
You'll likely be busy with organising the event so we'll send a handy email reminder.

Delivery
Local delivery is £12 within a 5 mile drive of Holly Dolly Cakes HQ in Sutton, Surrey.
Delivery cost to locations exceeding this is based on postcode.
We also welcome collections.
